I didn’t always love working out, in fact I totally dreaded it! Becoming a mom really changed how I think 🤔 about health and fitness! My body did not look or feel the same and I wanted to feel like my old self! I had terrible diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and my life was completely different. I had to adapt to my new life as a mother with work, lack of sleep and some depression that I never felt before. I started working out to get my body back and I totally fell in love with fitness. It was the only time of the day that I had for myself. It was my time to recharge and get strong.
Now, It’s not just about “staying in shape”. It’s about health and wellness! It’s about living and playing for a long time and feeling good doing it! The looking good part is the result focusing on health and strength!
My goal is to help other people fall in love with fitness in some way and give them what they need to reach their goals! I want my clients to love how they look and feel for the long term!
