PeelFitÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂs Advanced Kettlebell Small Group Training Sessions utilize one or more kettlebells. Programmed for athletes who have a strong kettlebell foundation. Sessions are limited to 10 athletes.

PEELFIT BODYWEIGHT GROUP TRAINING
The key to great movement is mastering bodyweight. This 45 minute workout will focus on skill, strength, conditioning, and mobility! It is a great complement to the PeelFit Kettlebell programs or on its own! Sessions are limited to 18 athletes.

Private Small Group Virtual Training provides personalized programming for your small group based on small group goals and equipment available. Expect form focused sessions and a fun program. Clients will receive consistent motivation and goal check-ins.
Two or more athletes can arrange to set up a training session at their preferred date and time.
