1:1 Virtual Training provides athletes with a customized strength and conditioning session. Ideal for the athlete who wants to train virtually, is working towards a specific goal, wants to learn how to move better, or needs accountability to stay on track.

- Introduction call where we will review your goals and discuss next steps for training.
- Initial movement assessment to assess movement patterns and identify any movement limitations. The initial movement assessment will include a combination of a virtual Zoom session and client photos and videos.
- Weekly 1:1 virtual training sessions.
- Regular, consistent communication to stay on track with your program and goals.
Online Programming
Online programming provides athletes with a customized strength and conditioning program. Ideal for the athlete who feels comfortable completing their program on their own , is working towards a specific goal, wants to learn how to move better, or needs accountability to stay on track.

- Customized program made available to athletes via True Coach, a personal training app. True Coach provides athletes with an easy way to access their program and track their progress. Each program includes PeelFit videos that review each movement.
- Weekly coaching call to review program and address any questions or concerns.
- Regular, consistent communication to stay on track with your program and goals via True Coach.
